Takes Deposit and then never delivers

I regret not checking Hello Peter earlier. We paid Tyrone a deposit and after an excuse his equipment was stolen he eventually had some material delivered to site, drilled holes and said he would be back the following day. Now he wont take calls but tried to get another R7,000 out of us despite him not doing the work he committed for the R20,000. Steer clear of this company. I am definitely looking to take legal action and would urge everyone else to do the same.
