Sa Balustrades is a big scam
Sa Balustrades is a big scam. The owner by the name of Tyrone. Will contact you now and then when you are still discussing a project. Once you have paid ,he disappears. In October 2018,I paid him 60% deposit then he stopped taking my calls after pressures on him by sms and WhatsApp,he starts telling me stories then he promised to start my project as he confirmed the date I paid an other 20% on top of the Previous deposit because I was in hurry I wanted my job to be completed so I can move in my house before school reopens. Now it was nightmare ,I went to his place in Bonaero park because the guy was not replying to msg neither taking calls. I decided to check stories about this company at hello Peter then I discovered that it was a scam,many people were complaining. I decided to seek for legal advice then he came after 3months to start my project,he brought some materials on site to show me that he is working. After that he run till today. I wrote on his Facebook page,he blocked me because other people Will know about him.

Excellent service
I can definitely recommend Tyrone and his crew. Had a previous guy come in at a lower cost, but he ******ed up the job and I lost money. So word of warning, rather spend that little bit extra and get a Guarantee :-/ Ended up going back to SA Balustrades and they fixed the ***** up and ended up doing the rest of the extension on our building. Perfect job and they don't use sub standard steel like the cheaper competitors! Thank you very much for helping guys!!! ;-) Chris - Pyramid Litho Printers ********** 923

I regret not checking Hello Peter earlier. We paid Tyrone a deposit and after an excuse his equipment was stolen he eventually had some material delivered to site, drilled holes and said he would be back the following day. Now he wont take calls but tried to get another R7,000 out of us despite him not doing the work he committed for the R20,000. Steer clear of this company. I am definitely looking to take legal action and would urge everyone else to do the same.

I needed to do some balustrading work at my house and got Tyrone from Ty's Balustrades (now sa [URL Removed] to come out and quote me in April 2015.<br> He seemed very knowledegable about the job and he assured me it could be done no problem, but we had to order the glass as the price would go up soon.<br> <br> I then paid a deposit of R7500 to accept the quote, and since then we discussed the job via email and whatsapp. When I was ready to start the job around November, he became unresponsive to calls, emails and whatsapp(Which I can see he was reading).<br>

He took our R22 000 deposit in Nov for balustrade work but never showed up to perform the quoted work. After numerous phone calls (after plenty of excuses and feigned illnesses from him) he eventually showed up at the site in Dec. After drilling two holes he simply disappeared and we haven't been able to get hold of him since!

His new business address - 33 Logan Cresent, Bonaero Park. <br> He ignored calls, takes people's money and then threatens and blackmails you on FB trying to force you to pay for work not done / incomplete / damages - had numerous contacts stating his also taken deposits and run. Don't be fooled.
