In March 2022, this company was selected to do epoxy flooring at my home. They demanded a 70% deposit before beginning the work, which my parents paid. Between March and September they made empty promises to come fix the floor because the work they did was not up to par as promised. They are not taking any attempt to communicate with the customer unless the customer follows up with them, which is another frustrating aspect of the scenario. As it stands, we have been waiting over 5 months for a completed floor, and they are refusing to reimburse us for the work they did not complete so that we can select an other provider. Before initiating legal action, I'll make sure that everyone is aware of how they do business and treat their customers.
Aloma Nolan worked on my claim and she was nothing but an enjoyable person to work with, give ongoing feedback, her attitude and patience are outstanding.
