Why after so many years does he still get away with taking peoples money..... conman..changes company name...Cape renovations...Cape renovators....please don't be caught by him...
It's all wonderful that customer service of MTN come back to me to say they will get the store manager of tygervalley MTN to come back to me on over charging me twice on my account but what worries me is that no one or nothing has happened ...no feedback no refund just an empty promise. ... I would love for MTN to actually solve this by refunding me the amount due as the sales team in tygervalley has openly admitted they made the error and never capped my account,....TWICE
Renewing my contract with the recommendation of MTN staff in Tygervalley was the solution to CAP my account. I AM NOW faced with the second month were I have received a bill of 1500.00 as apposed to the 380 contract. The staff at MTN actually admitted they never put the correct details in the system to CAP and said it's unfortunate and apologized but immediately say afterwards , I'm still liable for the exorbitant amount. THIS I FIND absolutely ridiculous and am finding ways to take this further....<br> My contact number is 0718791550 and I would like MTN to reinburse me my money before I do ....
