Very bad customer service at Newcastle Branch. They refused to change faulty battery.
In January 2022 I bought a handgun from Blades snd Trigger in Gateway. From the start the gun had a gas leak problem. We took the gun to Eastgate Mall. It was there fir a few weeks. I had to pay R200. When I recrivedthe gun back it had the same problem. In January 2023 we took the gun back to Gateway. After 2 weeks they said we can collect the gun. We tested it in the store and it was leaking again. We asked for a refund or another gun but they said is was passed its guarantee. Now it is April and we are still waiting for the gun. On the 14th of March I phoned they said the technician got killed. When I phoned this morning g they said the guy is not dead he was caught with *****. They said they don't know where the gun and the box is. They will look for it and come back to is. The persons I spoke to today is Keegan and Mervin at Gateway Mall. Blades and Triggers. It was a HDP 50 pistol.
Goodday, I have the same complaint as many other users. I am a housewife who only use my laptop for emails and occasionally facebook . I have a contract for 2gig for R89. November bill R4956.96 and December R2958.55. I requested URL report and after waiting from November till now they said they cant issue a URL report older than 3 months. They today send me a CDR report that doesn's mean anything to ma. I stopped both the amounts on my bank account and now they want to take legal action. What must I do?
