I have been ripped off

On Sunday 13/12/2015 at about 15 00 hrs the bearings on the air conditioner compressor motor seized rendering my Volvo V50 immobile.<br> Swannies Towing towed my vehicle to their premises in Villiers.<br> At the outset prior to any repairs being started I requested a quotation this was not given. I am in a position that I am at the mercy of Swannies and have no other option other than to put my trust in Swannies for a fair deal, this did not happen.
