Hi, We have been with renting with Bergentash for nearly four years now. In that time we have experienced terrible service. When requesting repairs due to wear and tear they have failed to respond to our emails and eventually when they do it takes well over thirty days to make the repairs. In addition on multiple occasions we have asked for detailed utility bills and the municipal bills and on very few occasions have we actually recieved anything. What brings me to Hellopeter is, over the last 6 months +- our utility bills have more than doubled for no reason, we requested a breakdown in August with original documentation. So that we may try to make sense of the situation, and we have received no feedback. Natasha simply doesn't take our calls and Dora promises and promises but never delivers. The situation has got so bad we have had to give notice and move to a much smaller place, give up one of our dogs, and pray that when we finally get what we have been asking for that its not a huge blow to our pockets. I'm grateful that I saw the Hellopeter reviews so now I know they don't pay deposits back, I have at leaste been able to protect myself from that. WATCH OUT!!! These people are either sharks, or very sloppy. You take your pick.
We have been struggling with Discovery Health since Nov 26 2015, the problems included from not paying claims timeoulsly (it took nearly two months to get our claims paid back) to deducting amounts from our savings when the amount should have been from the PMB.

OUR CURRENT ISSUE:

We recently were able to get a PMB benefit for our child who has bipolar disorder, the PMB document/letter states that even thought the PMB letter has expired there is no need to renew the document as the child has a chronic condition and thus still qualifies to receive the benefit. However we are constantly getting the run around from DH telling us the letter has expired, and quite plainly refusing to read the contents of the document. They have also been refusing to pay for pathology which is also covered by the PMB

In our experience with Discovery prior to the 26 Nov we have never had any problems, the service was outstanding, claims where paid on time, however of late I have been shocked by how terrible the service you provide has become. If it was not for the fact that I had to use your Medical Aid Scheme because my employer requires I do, I would have changed my medical aid months ago.
