Warranty not honoured upon bad battery purchased
Please do not buy this product if you are looking for a good product and service. They do not honour their warranties and are full of excuses when anything goes wrong about the battery. I have a 105Ah battery that hardly ever worked hard. Upon charging in my caravan (B'rakhah Ingonyama standard charger), whilst not even charging - for some reason the battery lost all of the battery acid and therefore couldn't charge anymore. I sent it for analysis and engaged with them several times. BUT they were adamant it was overcharged. This is not a good product. Rather go for another brand.

Terrible service and communication from Jumocart.com
If Hello Peter offered a 0 stars review, they would definitely get that. I won't recommend these people at all, I'm still in doubt as to whether I'll be getting what I ordered from them. Irrespective of that outcome - I won't be ordering from them again. STAY FAR AWAY! They've now decided to take away their online chat facility after I've asked them for feedback several times.

Bad service, No communication and Rude Support agents
I recently ordered a Telkom Uncapped LTE SIM and Router, after the initial botched delivery due to the instructions not being given as I had requested, the SIM is still not active after numerous Support calls logged, phone calls and e-mails. One of the activation agents actually put the phone down as I was still talking. This is truly unacceptable, especially as I was only saying that the customer service is appalling. If this isn't resolved by the end of today (10/10/2019) - then all ties with them will most definitely be cut. I would have been 10 X less irritated if they at least communicated as to what the status is of the issue. I understand it's most likely with Telkom, but it seems they are shying away from responsibility as they sold me the package.
