Had a set that was peeling recliners broke, chairs were not stable and that was not even 3 years, was replaces looked like rejects, was returned and replaced again with inferior quality furniture again. A third set was suppose to arrive at midday on Friday the 8 June 2018, at 17H00 no delivery, the company closes at 3, what pathetic service and would not recommend this company and furniture to anyone. We asked for the owners email address but they will not give this out.

<p>Bought a few packets of Tastic rice this year and has eggs, moths and then worms in the packet. I emailed Shoprite and they came back to me and replaced with another brand, PNP has not even bothered to reply and Tiger Brands collected the product on the 12 of May 2016 and have asked them and they still invesatagting. How long does it take to notice eggs and moths in their products. On Face Book there a lots of people that have complained about the Rice. I think it is unacceptable that they do not even come back to a person that is Tiger Brands and Pnp. Shoprite Checkers Head Office contacted me within 48 hours and replaced my rice with Spekko which I will buy in future. </p> <p>We ate from these packets and then after the third time the packets had moths in, and they are in sealed containers in the cupboard, and the packets only epire in 2017 and the packets are sealed so must come from TASTIC (TIGER BRANDS ITSELF. </p> <p> </p> <p>I DO HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER, 118915 , i AM NOT INTERESTED IN a tastic rice voucher as I will never buy this rice again and have told all my friends and family and actually told a couple last week in the rice department not to buy as I had this problem and Tiger Brand does not care about customers. </p>
I was contacted to try this product even though I told the lady I had rosacea and very sensitive, I did try the product on my face but it stings as I know I cant use anything with perfumes and just use the basic. The lady then told me to use it on my arm, and I have tried my chest area AND IT SEEMS FINE. It is a lovely product smells so fresh and the staff that do the follow ups are fantastic. <br> <br> Another lady phoned me yesterday I forgot her name she was so friendly and helpful and I told her it is such a pity I cant use this on my face, I did send Head Office a photo of my face in Oct when I had the red burning face and am under a Dermatologist. <br> <br> I just want to say well done it all comes done to training of your staff and showing them a positive attitude towards customers. <br> <br> You can be so proud. <br> <br>
I bought a Speed Queen Washing machine at Makro, the machine was leaking, Makro would not give me speed queens telephone no, so I emailed the Uk as I could not find Speed Queen Sa on Google. Speed Queen got back to me and sent out a washing machine expert the very next day by the name of Adrian he was very professional and sorted out my new machine in no time, we would not have been able to fix this as we washing machine experts.<br> <br> I am, still waiting for Makro to phone me back with a tel number and they told me Speed Queen would charge a call out fee which they did not do. <br> <br> I would recommend this washing machine, its works like a dream and the service I got from Speed Queen South Africa was excellent. I would suggest to Speed Queen SA to stick a label on the box with your telephone number as Makro tries to sell you an additional guarantee of R750 and you need to work through them and they refuse to help you with the number of the company. They promise to phone you back and then still lie about getting hold of speed Queen which they never did only 2 hour later did they phone the company.<br> <br> Must say I am happy with my machine and the calls I got from Speed Queen SA. Bought a Speed Queen at Makro on Tues 26 Jan 2016 and they quick to make a sale and when you need after care sales they are not interested. <br> <br> The Speed Queen flooded my kitchen floor last night, we connected the pipes to the taps and placed the washers where they should be, to me it looks like the one clamp is leaking but I am not washing machine expert. <br> I have emailed the Head Office in the USA and Eu which I found in the brochure, the Cd I received in the pack does not even work, Makro was suppose to phone me back with the telephone Numbers of Speed Queen In Sa and I am still waiting, I managed to google the no myself and will follow up. Makro said Speed Queen will charge for a call out if they come and assist me if the installation is wrong, so what kind of customer care is that. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I am not a very happy customer at the moment. <br>
I bought a speed queen washing machine, the salesman at Makro told me I have a 2 year guarantee and any problems Speed Queen will be contacted to assist. Well the machine is leaking at the back it looks like it is on the clamp, we are not washing machine experts so I called in this morning and spoke to Jerry, that was at 8 30 this morn, he kept on telling me he would phone speed Queen and phone me back, after calling him a few times I got a call from Peter at Makro to say he got hold of Speed Queen and they would charge me a call out to come and check the machine. My whole kitchen floor flooded last night and we spent a long time with a torsch to try and sort this out. Eventually at 11 last night I decided I would call the experts for help. Jerry was suppose to phone me back at 12 today with the number of Speed Queen SA which he never did. I have phoned him several times today to assist me, they are quick to make a sale but after care sales stinks. I have emailed Speed Queen in the USA and in Eu just to tell them how South Africa deals with new customers. I phoned Speed queen myself this afternoon and was told Makro only phoned them the first time after 10 today.
Would just like to express our thanks and helpfulness to Sallie at CTM Westgate he was very helpful, gave good advice and just gave that little bit extra to get stock that was unavailable at the time. He kept me informed what was happening and phoned a day later to see that the stock had all arrived, even though their was a delay but that was not on his side but the driver that had to make the delivery. <br> <br> Two of the items had to go back as they were damaged and I must say I was disappointed with the quality of CTM but Sallie and the guy at receiving <br> <br> quickly got that sorted out for me. <br> <br> The day he was off Lerato was there to assist me and also phoned to follow up and was also went the extra mile to get the accessories to us as soon as possible and phoned to tell me the driver was on his way. <br> <br> Could you please forward this to the manager and please let these two people know that their help and friendliness is much appreciated. <br> <br> we were offered coffee twice when we went to the store and must say it is a friendly store, even the people at the dispatch side are friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure shopping at the store.
Last week I complained about my ice maker that I bought and the Pc board was faulty, no parts were available and I was unhappy as I paid a lot or this ice maker. I got a friendly call from the store manager Rejeane Snyman from House and Home Krugersdorp she went the extra mile to get this problem sorted out. She called me on Sunday to say they would exchange my machine. <br> <br> Well meeting the friendly security female security officer at the door today and getting help from staff to help get the machine out my car, I just want to say thank you to Rejeane for all the help and friendliness and she can be proud to run a store with such friendly helpful staff, a friendly smile on the face makes a person feel like visiting the store again. <br> <br> Thanks Rejeane!! <br> <br> I Will leave my ice maker for 24 hours before testing it as I hear it works the same as a fridge and the gas needs to settle.
