Pathetic Service Delivery from ONLINE STORE
I have placed an online order on the 26 of November and received a sms on the 1st of December advising my parcel will be delivered on the 2nd. Nothing was delivered on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and today the 5th I am still waiting. When I request feedback from the whats app line, I am told I will receive it today. Clearly their today is 4 days and counting later. I will never shop with Mr Price again, as I could have gone to the store and bought the item already instead of using this pathetic online store of theirs. GET YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY SORTED and VERY QUICKLY, Clearly your customer satisfaction is not a concern to you anymore.

Great Customer Service
Great service and bought items online and 2 days later it went on sale and they offered to refund me the difference when I experienced a delivery issue with stock. Great effort and service

Fabfragrancessa FAKE PRODUCTS
I bought a few products from this company and their fragrances are not real and don't last and are pathetic knockoffs and not even worthwhile purchasing to use as toilet spray. This type of business should be regulated for trying to sell off fakes as original fragrances.

Daylight Robbery charged for Pasta - Dont support
Order Alfredo Pasta For R108 per serving and received via Uber Eats the smallest portion I have seen in a long time. Portion not worth the money and when I phone the store Dukie the manager told me the price comes from Head Office and I am not the first client to complain about this. He was not prepared to refund me at all.

Poor Service Deal Hub and John Molaoa
Ordered items on Deal Hub on the 16th of October and was promised it would be dispatched urgently. Needless to say only dispatched internationaly on the 4th of November and arrived in SA on 7th and cleared on 9th of November. Stock was collected by Deal Hub courier on 16th of November and was told today in an email enquiry by John Molaoa that its stuck at customs. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? Don't use this company they don't know what they are doing and not honest at all to their clients. Just another company with poor service delivery to its customers.

Exceptional Legendary Service
Bought a Ford Ranger from Annamarie who gave exceptional service,, collected us from the Airport on her Saturday off, delivered the spotless, clean vehicle and nothing was different from what was discussed on our long distance phone calls. Deal done with finance approval from Johannesburg and took delivery from a dealer with exceptional service. Thank you for all the love and attention and the personal touch was much appreciated. Hope to see you all soon.
