I have had a NIGHTMARE with MTN over the past few weeks, I understand that they are operating under tough circumstances, but I have spend 4 hrs trying to get hold of someone at customer services, I have sent >30 DMs/tweets on Twitter and I a not able to get my issue resolved. My issues is that my phone is not working!!! Its not a billing issues or something that can wait, its that my number swap has been done incorrectly and I currently don't have a working phone, I depend on my phone for work. I am currently looking at Vodacom contracts and will be cancelling my contract with MTN
Shocking, almost exactly the same experience as other reviewers. Ordered inverter, after weeks of no delivery and pathetic excuses they've gone silent. No response to email, online chat has no answers, calls to both landline and mobile go unanswered. Shocking shocking shocking....wish there were reviews before I paid this company a cent!!!
