Received absolutely ********** service from this VW branch. Our car displayed a gearbox warning while driving and then all power is lost. Phoned to make earliest appointment, although earliest available is 22 July, Claremont Volkswagen advised that if towed by VW roadside assist, it will be attended to immediately. Car was towed by VW, Clara from VW Claremont then advise that the car will not be attended to earlier, although they advised that it will. As a result, we are without a car for a week with no attendance to the matter since VW Claremont are not following through on their commitment. No urgency, care for client in emergency, whilst making false promises.
After multiple (25) follow ups, calls, driving to branches as I am required to drive with expired licence disk since buying the vehichle webuycars is not forthcoming with supporting client with temporary license or registraion paper, registration papers was received today after 6 weeks. It gets even better. I have been told by vehichle toadworthy centre that I bow cannot conduct roadworthy with the expired license disk wr buycars provided me with. The licensing department are also requesting a fee for a temporary license which is not my responsibility to pay for, I have been forced by webuycars to drive without a valid license for weeks in which a temorary license should have been issued since the registration paper was only received today - more than 21 days after registrations, following multiple follow ups. The risk webuycars are requiring me to accept is not acceptable, it is not merely a fine should I be pulled over - the car will be impounded and my license inpacted, which webuycars will need to resolve further. However given their careless attitude, I suspect they will not give a ****. I would request that you assist with this swiftly, should there be any further consequence to the delay in registration you assist with this similar due to YOUR delays.
Open tables but told us that no space when asked while tables was visibly open & people was served at the same table within 5 minutes (To add, 2x tables were open be ing able to seet 7 of us and they only accodated 2 persons athe table they turned us down for). In addition, we were not allowed to see the food (meat) until we have served the rest of the food. Shocking services, attitude and will tell all to avoid leopards leap going forward as wrll as its wine on any menu
