Motofinn was approached last year to assist with selling my vehicle. They are supposed to facilitate the transaction, paying of settlement amounts, etc.<br> <br> This week I found a buyer and contacted Mr Sutherland via email. I also called his office- and cel number, due to the urgency shown by the buyer. These calls and correspondence has gone unanswered for three days. I ended up doing what I paid him to do myself.
I have been trying in vain to get constructive feedback from the bank regarding my home loan repayment and requests for the correct email address for correspondence relating to this matter. The following entities have been emailed: [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] but none of them have been willing to assist.<br> <br> I've been given a telephone number, but no email address. Might this be that Standard Bank is trying to avoid putting things in writing due to possible legal repercussions...?
