Typical local plumber. Charge full price, do half job.
They were sent to my property by insurance to replace burst geyser. Arrived couple of hours late without required geyser. They had to guy to buy a geyser causing even more delay. Plumbers don't communicate with property owner. They think they can just walk around your property looking for valves, opening gates and exploring without asking you for permission. Very unprofessional and bad attitude from the start. Plumbing work is done without informing the owner about anything. New geyser installed. Law and regulations not followed. They don't take responsibility for non compliant installation of new geyser. They will very happily charge you extra and do half job. I do not recommend using their service.

Plumbers don't communicate with property owner. They think they can just walk around your property looking for valves, opening gates and exploring without asking you for permission. I questioned this unacceptable behavior, they got upset. Jumped in the car and left. They must have realized their wrongdoing and after cooling down they came back to start the work. Very unprofessional and bad attitude from the start. Plumbing work is done without informing the owner about anything. New geyser installed. Law and regulations not followed. They don't take responsibility for non compliant installation of new geyser. They will very happily charge you extra and do half job. I do not recommend using their service.

Not worth your monthly premiums. Stay away.
Their modus operandi is to make everything possible not to honor your claim. They will try not to pay you. The only thing that interests them is to collect the monthly premiums from you. On rare occasions when they decide to honor your claim beware of the service providers they use. I had a claim for burst geyser. They outsource all plumbing jobs to 3rd party service provider that outsources it yet to another 3rd party. Of course with such setup nobody wants to take any responsibility whatsoever. Beware they do very poor plumbing jobs with total disregard for plumbing compliance SANS 10254: - IOPSA standards and regulations. So save yourself time, stress, money and stay away from Integrisure.
