I have been insured with Kuda for some time now. Last month I suffered a big loss. The team at Kuda have assisted me every step of the way. The claim was handled with a great deal of professionalism. Thank you, team. So, for your insurance needs from you horse to your home and even your car Kuda will take care of you. They have done so for me.

I am really disappointed in the after sales service. Received the products (a story there as well) The items that have are not compatible with my fortuner even though the web site said it would be. I have emailed and have WhatsApp the store. They said they would refund but here we are three weeks later and not a word or reply. I am so very disappointed and would not recommend this business cause after a sale you become a zero in their books.

First off I want to say the technical department are fantastic. The accounts department the same cannot be said for. I logged issue in November and sent follow up messages including emails and phone calls. The matter has not been resolved. Accounts have in all this time not contacted me. Now that I cancelled the service I get a further account with a note saying I will pay further amounts. I don’t want them. They can’t supply the service I have paid for. Why must I carry on paying. Think ten times before using them as a ISP
