Des Plumbers were contacted to replace my parents' (pensioners) thermostat on their geyser. They demanded payment either upfront of when they arrive at the premises. An upfront payment was made. When arriving at my parents' house they could not assist. They promised to refund the balance (after deducting their call out fee). Despite numerous requests and demands we have not yet been paid back and doubt we ever will. It is shocking that they will rather keep the money for themselves than refund pensioners. Please do not make use of their services.....
