<p>Took iphone for glass replacements. Three visits and three screens later the third screen also stop working while away on an overseas visit. Need to replace the screen. Took the third malfunctioning screen back to them. They promised they will discuss it and then call me back, which did not happened. Everytime I phone them they are full of excuses and delaying tactics. When opening up the third replacement screen we also foungda forgotten ***** in the phone.</p> <p>Stay away from them, they are unable to fix phones and use inferior products.</p>
Order number 6069961 refer<br> Order a product with a delivery guaranteed for SUNDAY 13 DECEMBER. At 12 o'clock the order showed delivered, but nothing was delivered. After phoning them they promised it will be corrected. Just after one, I received a call that delivery will happen before 5. I phoned about 20 to 5 (after waiting the whole day) just to be informed it will not be before five, but sometime during the evening. Nobody bother to inform me about this and I am still waiting. I actually ordered the product due to the delivery promise. Takalot is just wasting our time. Next time I will save myself the frustration and go ta a shop if I want to purchase something. Terrible service!<br>
Phone this dentist practise in Faerie Glen for an appointment. Visited later. Went by 3 persons as was not informed that they do not claim from the medical aid . Also with this in mind they also do not discuss the examination that was performed and the relevant costs. I just got this bill and told pay up. When I enquire about this i was told \Sorry I forgot to tell you"Dentist just did what se want and afterwards when you arrive back at the counter you are faced with a astronomical bill that need to be paid in cash in full. And the bill is full of items and that is only for the assesment. If you enquire about why you was not informed from the start (new patient) about this policy their answer is that it was stated somewhere on the form that you filled in. If they told me that verbally when i made the appointment or spoke to the receptionist"
More than a week and counting to get correct contact lenses from them. Incorrect lenses<br> to incorrect information to just a lot of incapable people. Just wasting time in get something simple right.
