This Doctor treats WCA patients like ****. He is Rude and unprofessional. He chased me from his offices because his admin lost my documents. Said i’m not allowed to email it i have to go to Postnet and bring Hard copies. In front of a whole room of patients i might add. (PS. I have a full medical aid and i’m sure if it was not WCA my treatment would have been different).
⚠️ Mental Health Patients: Be Warned ⚠️ My experience with KeyHealth Medical Schemehas been deeply disappointing. As someone living with Bipolar Disorder, my treatment requires regular medication adjustments to stay balanced through different seasons. But instead of support, I’m met with exclusions, unexpected costs, and dismissive responses. 💊 Medication Access My psychiatrist prescribes what I need, but the scheme often refuses to cover it—without warning. I only find out at the pharmacy when I’m hit with a massive bill. At that point, I haven’t even tried the medication to know if it will help. 🧠 Mental Health Misunderstood Their response? “In line with good clinical governance, the Scheme implemented measures to ensure appropriate use of specific medicines that have high risk for patient dependence.” This implies I’m being “protected” from my own treatment—as if I’m a child. Worse, they claim anxiety isn’t part of Bipolar Disorder. Since when? 📉 The Impact I’m left feeling excluded, anxious, and worse off mentally. The system forces me to beg for the care I need, while they do the bare minimum. Consultations run out, and I’m told to go back to my psychiatrist—at a cost to my CDL Visits i might need later. Be careful of the Chronic promises of the medical aid for anyone managing mental health conditions. Mental health deserves compassion, not bureaucracy.
Please DO NOT waste your time, and almost get caught like i did. This Guy (Gerhard Coetzee) is the biggest scammer in the world. On 3 may 2022 i paid him a R5000 deposit to install a Gas Geyser. And claimed he would come the next day. And they day after. and the day after. Every time i phoned him he was just an hour away. I had to go to the police twice to get him to pay my money back. And my favorite part is how he demeans people for wanting their money back. Swore at my husband, kept calling me hysterical etc.. This guy is bad news. Until now he is struggling his way to my house to pay the last R500 he stole with a million false promises. Do not get taken in with his 32 year knowledge, or his demeaner on how amazing his service is. It is NOT. BE warned. There is a lot of Reviews, the same as mine. DO YOUR Research first please.
NEVER EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!! They are unprofessional and incompetent's. They have no idea what the word Customer service means and they look for ways to panelize you around every corner. If you move and they cant provide a service they charge you thousands of rands if you move the line to another location they charge you hundreds of rands. YOU WILL BE SORRY!! DO NOT DO IT!!! You have to phone them to do everything. They don't follow up on Installations, they switch lines off for nothing AND NEVER PHONE YOU BACK. YOU WILL BE SORRY. It looks good until you are with them. BE WARNED!!!
This is the worst company in the entire world!! If you are moving into any complrx that use them. Either dont or ask to have them removed. You will end up getting Zero service, Pay exuberant fee’s and get charged for fee’s they suck out of their thumbs. There will be days you run out of electricity because you cant load as you have to pay and entertain these fee’s first. And to add insult to injury when they admit they made mistakes “they credit you in their time” even though you need to pay immediately or just dont fix the problem at all. Save yourself alot of energy and dont deal with incompetent and right out thieves!! I think its time Carte Blance investigates utility suppliers like them!! @carteblance
This the worst place to purchase. They give you advise. But know that if its wrong (and your your to stupid to know) you will pay10% of you money that you paid to return it. No big supplier would ever do this! With out being advised upfront. There is a small sign out of vision that off course they will point to when it suites them. The owners wife will also scream at you how pathetic you are for complaining about such a STUPID rule. Do not support local. Rather go to builders warehouse. Small town mentality definitely rules here and being treated horribly is okay as long as they apologise (from not the person who called you pathetic)
