I reported Illegal debit order going off my Nedbank account and Keralyn requested all correspondence of this issue. The issue was resolved in under two (2) days. <br> I am very satisfied with her service and she should get a raise!
An illegal debit order went off my Nedbank account for the amount of R70 on 1/9/2015. I received excellent service from Michelle at Nedbank in tracing the people. She confirmed that the debit order went off via Mercantile Bank for IKUZI and they gave me the following contact number 031 824 7802 and keeps on being engaged for the last two days. <br> Mercantile bank stated that they cannot help me. <br> What can I do now?<br> Must I open a fraud case with the police?<br>
I took out a TopUp contract with MTN Coastal Cellular on 20 May 2015 and it was an INSTORE activation. The lady did not set the limit of the calls to R0 and I did not know that she had to - that is why I went instore in the first place. I am getting BIG accounts and they refuse the resolve the issue. Coastal Cellular said I was suppose to set the limit to R0 and it is not their responsibility. What to I do now? I went back today and they said that it is not their problem. <br> I specifically stated that I want a TopUp contract because I do not want any surprises at the end of the month.<br> <br> I want to MTN Coastal Cellular in Port Shepstone to acknowledge that it was their fault and that a credit must be passed on my account otherwise I will go legal to resolve this issue. <br> <br> I am not satisfied with their service!
