Menu less restaurant
Went to ayepyep lifestyle lounge with friends. What u found weird is that they gave a menu and price list for food but not drinks. Wanted to drink wine and asked for wine list.. They don't have.. I asked they waiter how am i supposed to know what you guys have.then he goes and checks for me.. Then i asked how much... He doesn't know and he goes back to ask prices. He comes to tell me and i bought. To my surprise when the bill comes the price of my wine is 2x more than what he told me.. Then i confront him.. His response was "my mistake" ???????? "my bad" and i was like ***!!!! After arguing for a while decided to pay it. I mean what kind of restaurant doesn't have a price list.. Like the waiters make up prices as they go. I got 3 different prices for 1 a bottle i wanted to buyfrom 3 different waiters, i mean if only they had a price list such things wouldn't happen. So i feel like waiters can give you any price they feel like me giving you

Awaiting phone
Took in my phone for the so called free screen repair. Then they tell me my phone failed their quality test and have to pay for them to fix it. When i argued that they must just fix the screen leave everything else, thet say it was not allowed. After a long argument decided to pay the amount. Needless to say every week is a different story on why i haven't received my phone back yet. At first they sent an sms to say that my phone is waiting for a part. A week later was told my phone was ready but never came, when i called to enquire, they say my phone is still waiting for a part. What is frustrating is whn i call no one can tell me the report on my phone. One weeek is ready, then the other they are still waiting for a part. They tell me they will get back to me and of course they never do. Going over a month now and still no actual news on my phone. All they tell you is they will escalate it to the relevant people. Till today they are escalating it to the relevant people.
