Horrible company. DON'T USE THEM!!!! They made many promises and were very nice when I booked and dropped off my car. On returning to the airport, I was very disappointed to say the least for the following reasons. 1)My car wasn't properly washed as promised. 2) They gave me a ticket to exit the airport parking only to be embarrased and found out that the ticket already expired. All this while a long line of cars behind me are hooting at me to get out of the way. I had to go back and pay for my own ticket. 3) On properly inspecting my car the next morning, I saw that my left front fender were severely scratched. I immediately contacted them and the guy on the other side of the phone promised to inspect the situation and report back to me. I waited fgor 2 weeks with no feedback. When I contacted them again, they totally ignorned me up until today. They are a horrible company. DON'T USE THEM!!! I also reported them to ACSA.
A a Cell C client forever and never received such horrible service and never met a Cell C employee with such a bad, horrible, stink and arrogant attitude. His name is KAGISO. He works for Cell C at Kollonade in Pretoria. I changed phones and received problems with my new phone. I went to Cell C and the one guy told me that I needed to do a sim swop. I went to fetch my ID and Proof of residence. On my return I was received by KAGISO. He asked me if I know what kind of sim card my cell is using. When I told him that I don't, he responded by saying that I am supposed to know these things. He said that I am supposed to know if it is a makro or nano or mikro sim card. When I asked him how and why I am supposed to know that, he responded by saying that I have to do research before I come to Cell C. I was really confused by his attitude because I thought that they as the cell phone experts are supposed to advise us one these things. He carried on the entire time and really treated me as an enemy. He finished the sim swop, but was so angry that he didn't tell me how the sim swop works and what I am suppose to do next. He walked away and his manager completed my complaint. UNACCEPTABLE!
