Queenspark is beyond useless when it comes to their administrative side and signing up for an account facility with Queenspark is just not worth your while. Queenspark falls under the RCS group (as do Old Khaki, Poetry and Cape Union Mart)<br> This company wrongly reported me to the credit Bureau a few months back. I had paid my account and sent them numerous emails with my proof of payment attached. They ignored my emails and reported me to Credit Bureau.<br> Because of this I went into the store in January 2015, paid up my account in full and closed the account.<br> I received an account from them in March 2015 saying I owe them money. <br> Really? How useless are you people? <br>
ColourB4 in South Africa has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. <br> I placed and paid for an online order on the 10 February 2015. <br> To date I have received nothing but empty promises. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to the Manager, Andrew Pinto to no avail.<br> I have never encountered such incompetence from an online company before.<br> I want my money refunded. <br> This company also goes under the name Keylogo.
Aletc Autopage disconnected my number for NO apparent reason. They cannot tell me who authorised this and ONE WEEK later they cannot reconnect my number. <br> I have had this number for the last 10years and run my business from this number. Anyone who has been trying to call me this past week hears a recording saying \This number does exist"<br> A request was logged to reconnect the number by the call centre consultant. Made an online purchase and paid via eft. Once payment was done I realised I had not used the correct reference for my order. I sent an email to support to inform them of my error. More than a week and half later, no one has bothered to contact me to sort this out. To date I have sent 3 emails.<br> <br> Seriously disappointed with Kalahari. Did not expect such shoddy service.
