Please people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the worst company ever. Since I received my new phone last year up untill today I am not getting what I was promised. After so many calls, emails, even posted on their website, NO ONE is returning my call or assisting me in my query. Everytime I phone I speak to a new person and they conveniently can't see on the system that I phoned them before. I have query numbers, reference numbers. If Vodacom wants to save their customers they should definitely get rid of Elite Mobile ASAP. I need to get out of this contract. Worst ever
