Terrible customer service
Unpleasant to go there. Lady at the door always greets with a smile. In 2022 Lerato helped me most of the time and always had a very pleasant experience with her friendly attitude. HOWEVER Xoliswa, does not even greet, has such a snotty attitude, lack of manners, bad customer service. I refuse to be helped by her.

Thank you Afrihost for your incredible amazing service
Been with Afrihost for two weeks now. I love their call me back system. On Sunday night at around 8pm our internet went down because I reset my router. I saw on the call back system hours are from Monday to Sunday until 23h00. I was amazed that they could sort me out on a Sunday evening. The gentleman over the phone was so friendly and helpful, wow, absolutely the best service I have received in a very long time. Thank you Afrihost. The app is very easy to use and the fact that you can chat via whatsapp is amazing.

RSAWEB incompetent, liars, thieves.
No Fibre for two weeks. I have emailed RSAWEB on a daily basis asking what the issue is, only to find out that Vumatel was not notified of our fault. The lies Kay-lynn told that our area has been down for two week. Contacted Vumatel, they were not aware of any fault in our area and only to find out from Vumatel that RSAWEB never logged a faulty ticket. We work from home often communicating internationally, so it is very important for us to have internet. We can't cancel because there are cancelation pentalies. So no fibre, but can't cancel either. Shocking to say the least. They should NOT be allowed to hold people into contracts like this. NO service NO pay.

Outstanding service
Mr D food has always been outstanding with their services. The app makes it very easy to order food. Their customer care is very helpful, friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend Mr D food to anyone who wants to chill at home and order a takeout.

incompetence ,bad service,entitlement.
After giving power of attorney to third party it has been discovered that it hasn't been lodged a year ago,paperwork lost,done again,not lodged AGAIN,told that there was a backlog.Absolutely no concern for time lost and driving around to accommodate what is simply spaza shop attitude.
