Terrible service!

Literally the worst service I have ever received. Been fighting to receive a spare key which "they had", for over 8 months. Every call goes unanswered and every message not responded to. 10 dealership visits, different stories each time... 5 different people to deal with, all with excuses and promises but no delivery! I was finally asked to pay for a new key, which I did, and now they making excuse after excuse to refund me, following written commitments!!! Dont leave without your spare key!
