Worst Samsung repair shop in Pretoria

I took 2 handsets to User Electronics in Garsfontein on 14 November 2017. Today is the 5th of December and still have not received my handsets back. I tried calling them on 012- ********** /4 but their answering machine comes on immediately indicating that their office hours is from 09h00-17h00. (what a joke?!?!?!?) I have sent more than 10 emails requesting feedback on my devises, No feedback has been given. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have 'not' received from this company. I went on google and read some reviews and 99% of them is bad. Samsung, I think that you should just close down this company as it is giving you a very bad name.
