– Extremely Disappointing Service I had a very poor experience with this TV installation vendor. The technician arrived late, seemed unprepared, and rushed through the job. The TV was not installed properly, and I had to point out multiple issues that should have been obvious to a professional. Communication was also frustrating—questions were brushed off, and concerns were not taken seriously. For the price charged, I expected competent, careful work, but instead I was left with an installation that felt sloppy and incomplete. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone looking for reliable or professional TV installation services. As a professional he was not professional, he blamed everything but admit that he could not resolve the issue. Don't be taken in by a smooth talker who talked too much but did deliver

Hello Peter. You help me a lot to cancel Telkom contract. I struggle for 3 Months to cancel contract with them. That people at Telkom was useless and don't know there job or there business. Tells every time I must come next month. I could'nt even use the phone with a data include in the package because if no network for the phone where I stay. Actually Telkom was stealing money from me over two years and now a further 3 months. They also tell me at Telkom office at Brits that Telkom must have done a survey to check if there is network. Thanks. HJJ du Plessis.

My Samsung phone has been in for a screen repair since 6 December 2017. It was promised to be completed twice in December which did not happen. I tried to contact them again in January just to find out their phones don't work. I've had to drive there five times already because it does not look like the phones are being repaired (it is still off) and they do not respond to my emails. They asked me for the information they needed to order the new screen in January, which meas they never even ordered a screen in December. I've asked the owner to respond to my email personally, he only responded once and is now also ignoring my emails. Every time I have to drive there again just to get a new excuse why they don't have the parts yet to repair the phone. I have reported this to Samsung Customer Care who has now intervened to order the parts through another service center however, the repair must still be done by User Electronics because they have been paid upfront. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and the staff, including the owner, has a "there's nothing we can do" attitude towards resolving the problem.

User Electronics is the worse electronics repair business in Pretoria East, Jacqueline Drive! Stay far away from them!! We took our TV in which was still working, but had little blurry lines over the images playing. They phoned us back telling us it will cost R10 000 to repair and it will need a new LED board. When we went to pick it up (declining the repair service - as one can buy a new device for this amount), the TV was physically damaged. The screen was cracked, they replaced our foot-piece and TV back frame with replacement parts that weren't even ours and of a different colour. We suspect they dropped or bumped our TV in their store and wanted us to pay for it to be fixed or harvested parts from our unit. When asking them what happened and how are they going to replace this for us? They guy merely replied that we gave the TV in on our own risk. We had to get our insurance company involved to sort this out for us. STAY FAR AWAY! These guys are crooks and probably not even a real Authorised Samsung Repair Centre!!!

I took 2 handsets to User Electronics in Garsfontein on 14 November 2017. Today is the 5th of December and still have not received my handsets back. I tried calling them on 012- ********** /4 but their answering machine comes on immediately indicating that their office hours is from 09h00-17h00. (what a joke?!?!?!?) I have sent more than 10 emails requesting feedback on my devises, No feedback has been given. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have 'not' received from this company. I went on google and read some reviews and 99% of them is bad. Samsung, I think that you should just close down this company as it is giving you a very bad name.

<p>I am extremely disappointed in the way this so-called SAMSUNG approved service provider operates. Firstly in essence they overestimated the work to be done, I made a deposit of a large amount, then suddenly they could find the part which they were unable to for a month, hence the overestimation. Then the parts and work to be done suddently became more - model of the story, they are still sitting with my R 12,000, after the initial estimate to complete the work dropped to R 4,000 - it then increased to R 7,000 - they confirmed a refund was due, but two weeks later I cannot get hold of them and they are still sitting with my money. Please be careful, I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.</p>

<p>I took my Sony mini hi-fi and the left speaker to User Electronics in Garsfontein, Pretoria. No sound was coming through the left speaker. I thought that there was a problem with the terminal on the hi-fi where the speaker plugs in, or else a connection could have been loose. I had to pay R300 inspection fee, which includes for them to provide a quotation if repair costs would exceed the R300.</p> <p>I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the hi-fi itself but that the speaker was dead and they could not fix it. I drove directly to PM Electronics, also in Garsfontein, Pretoria and asked them to have a look at the speaker. Once they had inspected the speaker they informed me that there was nothing wrong with it.</p> <p>Whilst the speaker was with PM Electronics I contacted User Electronics and spoke to the manager to find out why they had not provided me with a quotation to fix the speaker. The response was that it was a sealed unit, which it definitely is not. I subsequently sent the following e-mail to the manager. Receipt and confirmation that the manager had read it was received.</p> <p>"I refer to our telephonic discussion on Thursday, 1 September 2016, about my Sony mini hi-fi of which your technician found the speaker to be dead. Apparently he was under the impression that the speaker was a sealed unit, and could therefore not prepare a quotation to have it repaired. During our telephonic discussion you offered to submit a quotation to replace the relevant speaker (and possible for both speaker boxes if you could not find the exact speaker as currently in the box that was found to be dead). I mentioned to you that after collecting the speaker from User Electronics on Wednesday, 31 August 2016, afternoon (and thinking that all was now in sound working order) I drove straight to another electronics centre and had the speaker booked in to establish whether they could have the specific dead speaker replaced.</p> <p>I was informed on Friday, 2 September 2016, that there was in fact nothing wrong with the speaker. They tested it and found no fault. I collected the speaker after work on Friday and connected it to the mini hi-fi unit and all works perfectly. (Please see proof attached).</p> <p>You will understand that this incident saga raises a few questions, but I do not want to go into that. I rather want to bring this to your attention so that you have feedback from a customer. Perhaps you could speak to your staff to ensure that what they do and convey to customers is factual and correct.</p> <p>In the light of the above I want to ask that you consider paying my R300 back to me and we forget about the whole incident."</p> <p>I have made several attempts to contact the manager, without success.</p> <p> </p>
