I was telling that I contacted the consumer. That is true? I cintact the consumer befare I swtich from Onedept to MyDepthero. Because I was remove from deptreview by Absa and I don't why because according to OneDept all payments was in place. I think that I paid too much money to ABSA because of that. The contract was 5 Years and it should have ended July 2024 and I still lot of money on my credit card. That is why I contacted ABS because Onedept did not respond.
They register my Depptreview in April 2019 and this year May 2024 my depr repayments should have completed. On 29th October 2023 a hailstorm damage my house roof and now they said claim is rejected because of poor maintenance and roof is wrong fitted that why its leaking. Well hail knocked holes into the roof. The paint on walls is also damage by the water that was running in on top of the walls and the ceiling of one room is also damaged The raining season is here again so now it will cause more dameged. Hello Peter. You help me a lot to cancel Telkom contract. I struggle for 3 Months to cancel contract with them. That people at Telkom was useless and don't know there job or there business. Tells every time I must come next month. I could'nt even use the phone with a data include in the package because if no network for the phone where I stay. Actually Telkom was stealing money from me over two years and now a further 3 months. They also tell me at Telkom office at Brits that Telkom must have done a survey to check if there is network.
