Kids running around in CT airport begging from travellers. No security.
Vodacom has now increased the price of my data bundle contract by 15% in the past two years, and this has come 6 months before end of contract, so no time to review or cancel. This is 10% more than the official inflation rate in February 2024. Data in SA is more expensive than in Ethopia, and to cancel would be incurring additional costs. Propably the worst provider in SA currently.
My mother was admitted to Vergelegen Mediclinic for an emergency operation. She was transfered to Spescare stepdown facility after a week, and the transfer documents was not completed by teh ward staff. She had her staples removed only after the fisio commented that these had to be removed after 10 days. We wrote to Mediclinic on 2 February 2024, as this case borders on malpractice by the hospital staff. To date the complaint has not been acknowledged or responded upon. Shocking that Mediclinic is only interested in profit and certainly not the welfare of its patients!
Double service fee was deducted on 31 December, which was reported to SBSA on 4 January, and to date no answer on query and no repayment with interest. This is supposed to be the best bank in SA.
SBSA suddenly double charged the service fee on my OD facility. Trying to get anyone in the call centre takes ages, and writing emails are not responded upon over this time. This is supposed to be the best bank in SA, but they will be met with closed accounts. Should be ashamed of yourselves with this type of service.
With great *****th Capitec has joined to world of big banking, and suddenly all kinds of fees are being generated, such as the new R7.00 admin fee. No more banking for the people, let's go after maximum profit. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
The signal to my house keeps on dropping, and this is getting ridiculous as it drops every 5-10 minutes, and I have to sign in again. Very poor service from the supposed #1 in the SA market.
Had to call out one of their ambulances on Sunday to take my mother to Mediclinic from Gordons Bay. Can only testify as to their empathy and professional service from the team that attended.
Had to admit my mother through emergency, and although the process was smooth, the administration had no ink to print the forms, and I was informed that they had requested this x3 days previously. Not a good impression.
I had a contract that came to an end in September. I enquired in August at Vodashop in Somerset Mall, and was informed that if I did not want to continue with the contract, I could let it lapse and continue on a month-to-month basis, without there being any change, which was supposed to refer to the price as well. I received my new account, and the amount was x2 the previous month. On enquiry at Vodashop, they just shrugged, and said I could cancel or take out a new contract. Not only misinformed, but totally lacking in empathy and understanding. Appears as if Vodacom only interested in driving profit through selling contracts.
