Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Had wrong canopy installed. Paid full price.They promised to replace with correct one. They had to remove the canopy in August due to the “supplier”. Promised new one in 48 hours. Made up excuses for delays day after day, for months! Fittings were even cancelled on the day in some cases. Drove to their premises as they said they received canopy and doing tests ,which was a lie.Eventually gave up and asked for refund. Still waiting and keep getting messages saying payment is loaded but needs authorization. Have sent 2 letters of demand from my lawyer, both missed deadlines. Then acknowledgement of debt agreement,which is not being honoured either.These guys don’t care and cannot be trusted.. R25k owed. Will probably have to go to court.
Placed a order for 4 screens on the 10th of Feb, made a payment via credit card. Phoned in yesterday to check why my order was taking so long, turns out it was never placed and they forgot to process it. Their payment system didn't link up properly with their ordering system. Had to phone in twice to get feedback as the staff member was on a \smoke break". I received no compensation and hardly an apology was given.<br> <br> I had really hoped that this would have been a different experience as I had planned a big order next. I will definitely not be doing any further business with this unreliable service."""
