They failed to fix my internet problem ...poor it Department
My account got hacked for R50 000 nedbank wants to give me R16 000
Spent R200 airtime with telkom but failed to get my internet to work so frustrating getting transferred to all the wrong departments
Each time u call them u put on hold then u at the wrong department then call another no then u on hold again when u get through with ur queries then u are told to email person investigating ur case
Went now to umhlanga branch to buy a car for cash front door has a sign saying open but door is locked salesman inside did not bother to open .....walked around and entered through back door walked the entire showroom no one bothered to help so I walked out ....I bought from them before but not anymore
Received a email that my cell no and email adress has been changed on my mtn contract....I did not do changes message said to call mtn number provided if I did not make change... I called now and mtn says they cannot help me and mtn has given me a 011 number to call at my cost to find out about changes ...no one is answering the number ...very unfair cos my contract is with mtn
Builders warehouse riverhorse valley ......I bought 2 drums of paint and was overcharged I'm at store to get refund ....now they want to know what colour clothes I was wearing on the day I bought ...I asked to see the manager and no one is assisting
