Never experienced such quick and efficient service - geyser replaced no questions asked - friendly and efficient Thank You - A lot of companies are friendly when it comes to selling but not so much after sales service - Kwikot YOU GUYS ROCK
My Aunt saved enough money to pay for us to Go on the oppiwater cruise in March this year - a tick off her bucket list - She paid a deposit of R3000.00 in July 2014 and the balance of R9500.00 in Jan 2015 - unfortunately My Uncle (her husband) collapsed just before our trip and had emergency surgery during which his lungs collapsed and He was on life support in Entebenne hospital. We went to the Durban office with letters from the doctor and specialist and they refunded R2700.00 and my Aunt (who is a pensioner) was given forms to claim from an insurance - no assistance given from MSC - in June this year the insurance agreed to pay R4500.00 - This leaves her R5000.00 out of pocket - We went back to the Durban office where the manager told us that as per there terms and conditions (which were not explained to My Aunt) specify that they Do not refund the passenger - surely a company of this size should take insurance against emergency cancellations - This is really concerning and totally despicable - Lost out on a cruise that we were looking forward to plus not knowing if my uncle would survive and still R5000.00 out of pocket
An amount of R99.00 deducted from my account every month - I have not authorised this debit order and do not know what it is for - perhaps Carte Blanche should look in to this as it seems many people have the same complaint
