For 3 months we have got a WIFI bill of over R3500. 2 of those months we had our WIFI turned off. We have emailed, called, gone to head office and we have no answers as to why the amount is so incredibly high. And no one will help us to look into the issue. We can not afford this amount, especially seeing there is no reason for it to be this high.<br> We signed a 5GB package (we have the contract) but when we call they say we are on a 3GB package. We have sent through our contract 4 times, no one has called or helped.<br> We are at our wits end! We are good people, we pay our bills. <br> Who can we talk to? Besides calling a lawyer? <br> We just want to correct our contract to what we signed and get proof of how many MBs we used.
