We have paid M. Bredenkamp in full on 20 November 2017 and haven't received our daughter's new duvet set and accessories. All emails have been ignored. Will open a case of fraud and theft.
Vodacom promised to come and install a booster in my home due to total signal loss in my house in town. This was promised to be done two weeks ago and nothing happened. After numerous calls and messages left no one phoned back to follow up. I cannot run my business without internet but Vodacom expects me to pay my account promptly every month. Do you think this is reasonable?
