ATT: Colin Jones I requesting contact details for a supervisor or manager in the form of a landline number AND email address I have made now several requests for this information that have been ignored. I have send mails to your customercare@prodebtsolutions.co.za on the 17/06/2025 and the 30/06/2025 and still have not received any communication back. I have sent mails to sesethupds@gmail.com on the 13/06/2025 and the 17/06/2025 and still have not recieved any communication in return. I also have made several attempts to call your landline 021 013 4578, and only get voicemail or the number rings with no answer, I also cannot leave a voicemail as voicemail is full. Again I am requesting a manager or supervisor contact details. As it is get to the point that all communications are being ignored. And you as my portfolio manager, are make only empty promises, as you have told me you would provide me with this information on the 27/06/2025 and again you phoned me on the 30/06/2025 and promised I would recieve this information by the end of the day which i still have not recieved.
This company phoned me in February, explained to me that they can assist by negotiating on my behalf to lower my interest on all my debt, and I need to pay them monthly and they will then distribute the funds accordingly to all my debt. I then told them to send me some form of documentation to have a better understanding and I was told they can not send me any documentation unless I sign up first then their system would only send me documentation, I then told them to phone me back on a later date so that I can do some research first. A few weeks past and they called me back, the gentleman then explained everything again to me and even told me that it is a honest business and to trust him as he is a family man, I continuously asked if this was debt review and he repeatedly told me no it is not I should just wait 60 days and then I can apply for a loan if need be or if I have an emergency. After all was signed and done only to discover that is infact debt review, and he then explained to me again that it is not once I questioned it again. Currently I am struggling to get statement out of them and the only form of communication is via WhatsApp that they also will ignore for days, there landlines only rings or goes straight to voicemail, I have also requested via their WhatsApp for a email which is only being ignore, the one email i do have and sent several mails to are also being ignored and I still have not have any form of communication with them besides the WhatsApp. Do not fall for their trick as they only tell you lies and are very *********. I have also requested if their is a way to cancel this service after the hole day spamming them on WhatsApp I was told to pay them R5000 first This is a company that prey on the weak, be very careful when dealing with them, and I would rather say do not do any business with them, block them as soon as possible.
I have an issue with my account, my account has been handed over to debt collector for an amount outstanding that was paid in full in July 2019, I even received a letter in August 2019 from Edgars stating i have paid in full and no amount is outstanding. So far I have spent over R400 in airtime trying to resolve this matter with Edgars with no luck i have been at customer care, new accounts and accounts department and seems all are passing the buck to the next, 09/01/2020 i have spoken to all these departments and they have log calls and was told I will get feed back on 13/01/2020 and currently i am still waiting to get feedback. 13/01/2020 I have spend again almost R200 on airtime to get that feedback also with no luck. I have also tried getting a hold of someone at there head office to assist, also with no luck they only took my details and told me someone will phone me back and still waiting on that call.
The worst service I have ever experienced! My wife and I visited HEIDE MARIE MEIER JEWELERS at Mall@Reds on Saturday 28/10/2017 to check if her ring fits which was manufactured at their store using my mother’s gold claw ring with diamonds, which said diamonds were to be taken out and put into my wife’s ring. After inquiring about my mother’s ring, it was nowhere to be found. The manager, Carol van der Westhuizen, was phoning around like crazy trying to find out if Any of the other employees know where the ring is. Carol then took my wife’s number and said that she would find out what’s going on and give her a call or Whatsapp before the end of the day regarding any information on the whereabouts of my mother’s ring. NO CALL OR WHATSAPP WAS RECEIVED ON 28/10/2017. On Tuesday 31/10/2017, my wife phoned the store after 17:00 to follow up on information of the lost ring of my mother, the sales consultant on duty was not aware of the lost ring and told us that Carol is not there, and neither is any other form of management. In other words, no senior personnel were on duty!! On Wednesday 01/11/2017, my wife phoned again and spoke to Carol van der Westhuizen and still no ring or information regarding the whereabouts of the lost ring, Carol said that she needs to speak to ex-employees of the store to find out any information regarding the lost ring and could only provide information on Thursday 02/11/2017 in the morning. On Thursday 02/11/2017, my wife phoned again and spoke to Carol van der Westhuizen, who then answered my wife arrogantly saying that she has no information now, she will call her later. My wife received a call from Carol and was told that an elderly lady collected it from the store, and who ever collected the item didn’t even sign for it (as I did when I fetched my father’s ring from the store) and the store has no proof of the collection (NOT MY MOTHER INCASE YOU WERE WONDERING OR ANY OTHER ELDERLY LADY THAT I MAY KNOW) so please make a turn at HEIDE MARIE MEIER JEWELERS AT MALL@REDS as they have a new promotion in store. !!!!!!!!!GET FREE JEWELERY NO PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED OR PROOF OF PURCHASE, LIMITED TIME ONLY AND WHILE STOCK LAST!!!!!!!!! Carol van der Westhuizen has an extremely arrogant and sarcastic attitude towards my wife, when my wife is simply trying to get information with regards to my mother’s lost ring that has sentimental value to our family, but the best that, CAROL VAN DER WESTHUIZEN (MANAGER OF THE YEAR) can do, is give us a CREDIT of R520.00 against our outstanding balance in store, which is only the weight value of the gold ring. SO, AFTER MY LAWYER SENT HER A LETER WE STILL GET AN EXTREMELY ARROGANT ATTITUDE!! Carol van der Westhuizen, thank you for your assistance and arrogance so far. By the time you are reading this and have dragged another person’s business through the mud, I would have already given in my complaint at the JEWELLERY COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA!!! HOW IS THAT FOR GREAT SERVICE!!! I AM EVEN GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU CAROL
i have spend offer 2 hours on the line to cancel a debit order with absa with no luck. first you run you phone bill up to get a hold of someone willing to assist you then they transfer you all over the company i think the only person i have not spoken to is the CEO and at the end of all this trouble i am told to go to a branch so what is the point of having the call center if you are referred to a branch
