I used Booking.com to make my DECEMBER 2024 reservations My stay at the Corp exec Doha hotel was terrible ,I contacted Booking.com and complained and with their permission I rebooked at the Qabila hotel.. I did the booking through booking.com as well. I was told the refund for the Wxecutive Corp hotel will be done within 21 days Many calls and all requirements were sent to booking.com I made several calls and was received with empty promises. Their emails get returned . Contactacted the hotel personally .. they too were of no help. It’s now almost 10months NOTHING was done.
I have had a debit order for many many years They used to keep in touch with cards etc and everything stopped but my debit orders continued I tried getting hold of them and failed I stopped my debit order this month I would like to know where did all the years of my payments go to ?
I booked at the Hotel in Doha at the Corp Executive suites from the 24 December 2024 and was to leave on 28th December2024 The hotel was terrible We contacted Booking.com the morning of the 25 December 2025 and they gave us a go ahead to move to the Qabila Westbay , where we stayed from the 25 Dec 2024 to the 28 Dec 2024 which was booked via bookings .com. They ensured that a refund will be given to me within 21 days I made many calls and emails with all required information showing that no refund was made to date I was promised a refund by bookings for the date 25/12 and the other days will be reversed NO such was done I sent all my statements and proof of payments to them with NO avail I would have NEVER moved hotels if I wasn’t promised the refund. I basically paid for 2 hotels from the 25- 28 December 2024 MY BOOKING NUMBER: 4326101405
Please don’t take their word for gospel The owner definitely lacks integrity Told that he will write off the excess , which I was surprised I had to pay.. but that was the insurance company .. and when it came to covering the car hire that they were responsible for, they say that I must pay as they wrote off the excess What does write off mean?!!! I really won’t recommend them to anyone
Please DONT buy Solarwize Unhelpful rude and no support THEY should train their installers before selling to them LISA who I believe is the owner is Pathetic
I purchased items advertised as brand New by Sam with bank details of (D LOTTERING) BIDVEST BANK of 11 Glen Hurd drive , Newton Park Port Elizabeth. 0760526410, and did the necessary deposit of R20000 and when it did arrive is was old and not working , it was almost impossible to get hold of him, but when I did,he asked me to send it back, which I did... and since then he he gave me the run around and nothing has been sent back to me... he is running a racket as when I called , to my surprise he answered and swore me ... he is now sitting with my money and I have no promises parts
