Stay away from SOLARWIZE PRODUCTS.
STAY AWAY from SOLARWIZE products especualy their 200aH gel batteries. I purchased a 200Ah battery for almost R6000, less than 3 months ago from our local store. This was used in an inverter. It was working 100%, giving up to 3hrs of power during load shedding. After just over 60 days, within one day it went from 3 hrs power supply to less than 26 minites max. I took it back from where I purchased it....just to be told SOLARWIZE stopped their warrenties in JUNE 2022. I made contact with SOLARWIZE they dud not even listen.NOT interrested at all. STAY AWAY FROM SOLARWIZE PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE 0% CLIEBT SERVICE. R6000 diwn tge drain.. a bit expesive for their product at atound 3 x R2000 per month....and then throw it away... Please DONT buy Solarwize Unhelpful rude and no support THEY should train their installers before selling to them LISA who I believe is the owner is Pathetic

avoid at all cost
avoid at all cost, their products is pathetic, bought an inverter last year November with 2 100AH batteries after a month they started giving issues they did not last at all and was not used on anything draining to much power just a 42inch TV and a small desk Fan that doesn't even use 30Whats an hour, then after much battling they replaced the battery in March, now again it is doing the same, Either their batteries is completely useless or their inverter doesn't charge the batteries, to make it worse I also got my Father in law the same package he did not even use his and his inverter, it completely shorted out you could smell the burning of something inside the inverter, their supplier that we got off their website Moot inverter Guys did not want come to the party we battled to get him to do anything after we then deiced to call solar wise ourself he came to the party we then went to drop of the system at his house, it has been 4 weeks now, we don't get any feedback from him and when you call he doesn't answer the phone, and same goes for these ****s if you call them the phone just keeps ringing.

Solarwize Het baie swak batteries
Het n backup system van hul gekoop maar hy werk nie eers n uur nie al is nils op hom nie het al batteries laat herstel by hulle maar was 2 dae reg toe begin die selfde ding weer so toe gooi ek nou R12000.00 in die water so sal nooit solarwize aanbeveel nie hulle het n baie swak batteries in hulle gied nou se hulle daar is geen waarborg op gel batteries nie ek verstaan dit dis reg maar vir n ding wat nie eers 8 maande oud is nie voel ek hulle bevark mense uit geld uit

Solarwizeafrica - AVOID
After over a year of our Solar System actually not working - Solarwize has done nothing but sit back and dictate simple answers with no solutions. ( But to bring the product in ). Not sure if you know your own product - but dismantling 8 batteries and packing it in my boot is not excatly workable. They had referred their "CONTACT/CONTRACTOR' to me to fix everything - meanwhile - this guy is not qualified and also stole money. Next contractor suggested - quoted me R3K for a cable - I supposed just because im a Woman. After spending over R800K on an off the grid system - I now am forking out on new inverters - a whole new brand - because their product is not of good grade and they have sold me something end of life - meaning they cant fix it or would struggle to get the parts. They just avoid - ALL OFF THE Staff that used to work there - have mostly resigned. Says a lot. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. https://www.solarwizeafrica.co.za/about-us/

Complaint bad service
Bought a solarwize inverter from takealot it arrived and the battery cabinet was broken so sent it back next one arrives also broken but we managed to repair! I contacted solarwize for s manual as they did not send one it was promised that I would receive it the next day I am still waiting!
