ESTATE LATE FALAN LARA SCHMIDT – MASTER’S REFERENCE: 023553/2023 The Executor has been trying to close my Late Sisters bank account with Nedbank. There is ZERO help from deceased estates and it is utterly disgusting how this Bank treats people - especially over such a sensitive matter. I have sent an email dated March 2022 handing over the death certificate along with a reference number as the debt department tasked me to do so. I personally paid back the debt owed to Nedbank on my sisters behalf. There is NOTHING more to this than closing the bank account and we have been pushed from pillar to post not being helped with in a bank or with deceased estates. There is zero accountability nor is there help. AVOID !
The most pathetic and shocking service I have ever dealt with. The service team needs " 4 days " in order to tell you how long a battery would take to order - on a 2021 TCross ?? The dealer principle could not care less either in order to rectify situations despite him stating he would sort it out. PATHETIC !!!
After over a year of our Solar System actually not working - Solarwize has done nothing but sit back and dictate simple answers with no solutions. ( But to bring the product in ). Not sure if you know your own product - but dismantling 8 batteries and packing it in my boot is not excatly workable. They had referred their "CONTACT/CONTRACTOR' to me to fix everything - meanwhile - this guy is not qualified and also stole money. Next contractor suggested - quoted me R3K for a cable - I supposed just because im a Woman. After spending over R800K on an off the grid system - I now am forking out on new inverters - a whole new brand - because their product is not of good grade and they have sold me something end of life - meaning they cant fix it or would struggle to get the parts. Jeep was towed in to diagnose a problem. Was quote R60K to open up the gearbox to find the problem - however the problem wasn't even related to Gearbox or Diff. It was a ***** that loosened and jammed into the rim of the car thus the reason my car came back with a flat tyre. When asking the business why the tyre is flat - I got a " I dont know " CAREFUL WHEN DIAGNOSING OR QUOTING THROUGH THIS BUSINESS. I ALMOST GOT RIPPED BEYOND FOR SOMETHING THAT WASNT EVEN THE PROBLEM.
Left the appointment in more pain than arrived cancelling my facial midway through the massage… Not convinced the level of training is adequate for what you pay per a treatment. Assuming they would hold the same quality as their other branches do.. there is a major difference between aromatherapy and deep tissue a deep tissue massage . I can happily rub oil on myself and save the R800 charge. If you don’t understand how to do a deep tissue massage - don’t wing it - you WILL hurt the client you’re treating. Thanks for the shooting pain up the right side of my back into my neck 👍🏽 I was honest with the the****** and was told “ oh - next time we can book your with someone else “. What an insult. I paid for the massage in full out of business respect. Still waiting for a call from the spa manager….

SCAM ! They can’t tell you where your order is and when it will arrive . Don’t respond to email . Stops responding on WhatsApp. When I say I’ll reverse the payment - they have encouraged it . Don’t take calls . Avoid customers to give answers as to where their orders are . Disgusting !!!
Vodacom Business YOU ARE PATHETIC AND RUDE! Contract cancelled with request that the number goes to prepaid - the number was deleted due to incompetence. Upon request to reinstate the number - it has been done incorrectly and the problem still stands. I CANNOT receive OTP's to the number for business banking and being month end SARS REQUIRES PAYMENT. I cannot do this because the number is cut and cannot receive an OTP. SECOND TO THIS - THE PERSON IN QUESTION THAT NEEDS THE NUMBER REINSTATED - IS TERMINALLY ILL . They are in need of a WORKING number so they can contact emergency services should doctors need to be phoned. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AS NO ONE ANSWERS OR IS WILLING TO HELP. Business Banking Manager has made it clear I have disturbed her day and DID not help. i was promised a phone call in return and this has not happened. This is 3 days running and you do not honor your commitments . For being a Business Banking customer for over a decade - this is how you treat people ? You should be ashamed as the "Dominating Telco" for the people you employ and the lack of service !
