My husband booked a nice day at the spa for me, part of which was a mani and pedi with gel. I already had gel on, which had to be soaked off. The lady app**** some substance to my nails to “soak” off the gel. The bottle was so to say empty and she had to turn the bottle over to sc**** out some of the substance to soak off the gel I had on. It was clear she did not know what she was doing as she used the one nail tool to sc**** off the gel I had on which came off a bit with the soak off substance. She then used a very course nail file and filed off the remainder of the gel I had on. She was so harsh on my nails I could feel them burning as she also pulled off the gel with the nail tool, *********** pieces of my nail bed. I requested her to stop treatment as one of my fingers started to bleed from how she was treating my hands. I left the place in tears from being hurt so bad. I am unable to use my hands properly now as even the slightest touch of any material against my nails feels horrible, my nails are burning still. The surface of my nails are rough, dried out and red from how thin my nails have been filed. I have to go to another nail salon to try and fix this.

Congratulations on the exceptional service provision. The attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction is amazing! During a recent visit, the staff at Loife Day Spa went out of their way to accommodate one of my friends who arrived late due to getting lost, without having this affecting her spa experience or allocated time. Such great service!

Congratulations on the exceptional service provision. The attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction is amazing! During a recent visit, the staff at Loife Day Spa went out of their way to accommodate one of my friends who arrived late due to getting lost, without having this affecting her spa experience or allocated time. Such great service!

I recently visited Life day spa Pretoria with three clients, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable day. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we anticipated. Firstly, the menu was misleading. Almost every item we tried to order was unavailable—no avocado, no Caesar salad, and even the Greek salad was not an option. Each time we made a selection, we were met with, “Sorry, we don’t have that.” This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since we had chosen the spa partly for its advertised menu. Secondly, the service was lacking in communication and hospitality. No one explained the treatments to us, and we were left unsure of what to expect. Instead of being guided or fetched for our treatments, we had to approach the staff ourselves to ask, “Are you not going to fetch us for the treatment?” This made us feel neglected and unwelcome. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards we expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the availability of menu items and the level of customer service. It was also a mission just to get the booking done phone rings and no one gets back to you.

I was booked for Valentine Day Spa by my partner, requested the price from him and to find out the price was 1700 for a 90 minute Spa with no refreshments. Requested him to cancel as it was a waste of money just for a massage only. He did cancel and was told he must wait 5 to 7 days for refund when this was not told to him when he booked. So now he cannot make a booking for me somewhere else do to the incompetence of the staff who informed me that she would of told me only tomorrow. This Spa is a joke

My experience with this business is exceptional they are friendly professional and are understanding my masseuse was Kgomotso and she did a wonderful job,but most importantly I would like to send all my love and appreciation to Kutloano this lady did a stellar job.

I drove from Midrand to Pretoria for horrible reception. The massage wasn't bad but the attitude and rules (that were never communicated to me ) serve those selected few..Apparently the Spa has a no alcohol policy yet some ladies were drinking champagne...I was then told it's only champagne and wine that's allowed not ciders, I then said I will put it in a glass and the answer was still NO. REGRETTED spending 990 zar ,petrol and waking up in the morning for half baked policies. Alcohol is alcohol, my cider even had 3% alcohol (light) vs the 12 and 14% contained in wine and champagne. Make it make sense? Esp since I was not informed and after seeing those ladies drink theirs that's what I ordered wine ...as compensation I was told I can come use the spa facilities....I ain't doing that, drive again from Midrand than I will be given a rule for the day. Wish they could unmassage me

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the spa. Despite my continuous efforts to purchase treatment vouchers since Saturday morning, I have consistently encountered unfulfilled promises and a lack of assistance. I visited the spa as a treat from my boyfriend on Saturday l was happy with the treatment from the welcome until I had sign out at reception. The lady who was assisting me at the reception by name of Elane was very friendly kind patient and understanding with me as l was having problems with my app and l wanted to pay off the amount due and so l had to sit by the reception area while I try sort myself out and then the lady who does the spa tour forgot her name but black lady with the side cornrows came complaining and was annoyed about not having lockers for clients who are checking in to keep their clothes in, some of her exact words to the receptionists was ‘’ l don’t care and it’s not my problem you guys must tell your clients we don’t have lockers it’s not my job’’ l however did not hear any response from the receptionists. I felt as though I was part of the people crowding the Spa even though l had changed and l just wanted to eat from the cafe and leave. I wouldn’t recommend people to book midday weekdays as it clearly seems to be a problem and the staff will be annoyed.
