Am really not happy with their customer service. U get put on hold until they cut the line. They good and getting u to buy the product but delivery is another story
Once again my data issue is not sorted was fixed I'm March 2024 and then May it went back to 30gigs. Am really exhausted will continues calling the data department. Please can someone assist
I was booked for Valentine Day Spa by my partner, requested the price from him and to find out the price was 1700 for a 90 minute Spa with no refreshments. Requested him to cancel as it was a waste of money just for a massage only. He did cancel and was told he must wait 5 to 7 days for refund when this was not told to him when he booked. So now he cannot make a booking for me somewhere else do to the incompetence of the staff who informed me that she would of told me only tomorrow. This Spa is a joke
Vodacom why such an inconvenience. Since the 5th March my matter is not resolved. Lost out on income. The midnight data is the only one working. On the 7th Customer Care has called to rectify but nothing done. Kindly sort my data out. Contact me on 082 367 8364 or Breezy on 072 998 1962.
Once again Vodacom has said my data has run out and the reason is they have not rectified the 30g issue. Last month they did the same thing and I thought it was all sorted out. The data number in question is 0827007612.
I cannot take the attitude of the Vodacom customer care service help desk. I am waiting online because a rude person named Daniel would not assist me
Since the 24th August they have not responded to my emails and then tried to deduct from my account.
Unauthorized amount was taken from my account without my authorization. I lodged a dispute and still no feedback from avis
I am extremely disappointed with Avis. I will never recommended their services
Avis Pretoria is the worse service provider. U go there an wait forever. U call u never get through as it just rings
