My husband booked a nice day at the spa for me, part of which was a mani and pedi with gel. I already had gel on, which had to be soaked off. The lady app**** some substance to my nails to “soak” off the gel. The bottle was so to say empty and she had to turn the bottle over to sc**** out some of the substance to soak off the gel I had on. It was clear she did not know what she was doing as she used the one nail tool to sc**** off the gel I had on which came off a bit with the soak off substance. She then used a very course nail file and filed off the remainder of the gel I had on. She was so harsh on my nails I could feel them burning as she also pulled off the gel with the nail tool, *********** pieces of my nail bed. I requested her to stop treatment as one of my fingers started to bleed from how she was treating my hands. I left the place in tears from being hurt so bad. I am unable to use my hands properly now as even the slightest touch of any material against my nails feels horrible, my nails are burning still. The surface of my nails are rough, dried out and red from how thin my nails have been filed. I have to go to another nail salon to try and fix this.
My order took way longer than expected. I asked for the order to be cancelled, then was informed it could not be cancelled and then was also informed that the Uber driver will now also make another stop along the way. I was then informed that if I want to cancel, I would not be refunded and was asked whether I wanted to proceed. I did not agree to it, BUT Uber then just decided they would cancel on their own, without me agreeing to it. This was my last money for the day until the next day. I ordered a meal for me and my little 22 month old girl to share. This meal was taken out of her mouth and went scrumptiously into the mouth of the Uber driver, who did not need that food. I needed to calm a baby and tell her no food tonight, it was eaten by the supplier. Just ***** a mother and child’s food from them??? I demand to be refunded or credited!!! How can you just take food from a child, on a cold night, with load shedding and a power failure??? Inhumane!
I have been in contact with your online shopping customer service since Friday. I ordered a Tommee Tippee Sleepee and stand. The order only came with the basket, I did not receive the stand??!!! I called on Friday, and apparently the stand has to be searched for at the warehouse! No one can send me a stand which I already paid for!! I have been sending emails, no one replied. I called today again and someone would have called me back before end of day, surprise surprise - NO ONE had the decency to phone back!!! When will I receive the full item?????!!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! NO one can give me feedback or tell me when I can receive the other part of the item! This is really disgusting service!

I have been waiting for over a month now to get assistance with the fixing of a fiber line, which was so poorly installed initially, lying above the ground and vulnerable to damage. This line has now in fact been damaged. After numerous calls, queries etc, still the problem has not been fixed. Openserve also keeps on advising MWEB that the problem is resolved, when it is not!!!!!! When on earth will I get the needed service? No one is assisting, what the hell!!!! I need a proper repair NOW!!!!!!!!!! Saying someone will come and fix for over 2 weeks, except if it is a ghost that should be working on the lines, I have not seen anyone actually coming to fix the problem as I was advised

My credit card says account overline. There is more than enough available. I am now not able to make payments????? I need urgent assistance herein, as I need to use some of my funds available immediately!!!!!!!
Account was paid end of September via the MTN App on my cell phone. Received calls today that my account is in arrears and has not been paid! Very angry and dissatisfied with MTN service! Account has been paid and payment could not be allocated for two weeks now!
