Oh no. Why would a technologically advanced company still need physical papers for a contract (leader In authentication) I even asked them to fold my contract paper as it had my sensitive data. ...I still didn't get my phone....their system hadn't loaded the delivered stock, was asked to come back tomorrow. Please don't go to istore in Mall of Africa, not sure what's wrong with their staff (playful youth or????)) That time I had a flight to catch
I drove from Midrand to Pretoria for horrible reception. The massage wasn't bad but the attitude and rules (that were never communicated to me ) serve those selected few..Apparently the Spa has a no alcohol policy yet some ladies were drinking champagne...I was then told it's only champagne and wine that's allowed not ciders, I then said I will put it in a glass and the answer was still NO. REGRETTED spending 990 zar ,petrol and waking up in the morning for half baked policies. Alcohol is alcohol, my cider even had 3% alcohol (light) vs the 12 and 14% contained in wine and champagne. Make it make sense? Esp since I was not informed and after seeing those ladies drink theirs that's what I ordered wine ...as compensation I was told I can come use the spa facilities....I ain't doing that, drive again from Midrand than I will be given a rule for the day. Wish they could unmassage me
I have no outstanding levies that I owe! There is a drain outside my property that is caved in with the sharp edges facing up. The drain is INFRONT of my property which means each and everyday when I drive in and out I am faced with it! I happened to slash my tyre one day when I was driving in as I miscalculated how far the drain was (in the middle of the street). Called Whitfields to tell them about the drain, Nicole from Whitfields said this was the 1st time they were hearing about this only for me to find out from the trustees that they had alerted Whitfields about this drain! Second excuse from Whitfields was that Whitfields doesn't have any funds and therefore are unable to replace the drain and the tyre! A month later, I see a newsletter from Whitfields that they have collected over 91% of the levies from residents....I follow up with an email and she says they will fix the drain in a weeks time, no Mention of my tryre even though it got damaged as a consequence of the drain! Its been over a month, the drain hasn't been fixed and they are still maintaining their position over my tyre? Considering on taking the matter to the lawyers
