Scam artist!!! Garage doors in George
Stephan Van Rooyen of smart solutions quotes us on two garage doors to the value of 33000. We paid up front as most suppliers don’t have cash to carry themselves which as a small business we understand. So we helped smart solutions garage doors out and what happened. Stephan gave us the run around with the usual bull****. Long story short. We paid and Stephan Van Rooyen of smart solutions in George, western Cape. Sad as he could build a business but like so many before him turn out to be a dishonest businessman. I have sent message after message. I have asked him to chat with me but to no avail. Just a warning to other honest citizens. Stay away from Stephan Van Rooyen. If he is willing let him call Me. Graeme Schewitz

Transparency in medical bills
My wife went in for a procedure known as a rhizotomy. Discovery authorised the codes according to the surgeons and hospital. Let me not bore you. The bill was 50 000 for the various medical providers. Discovery has paid in total under 10 000. Around 25% of the amount. Here is the fun part. Two years ago my wife had the exact same procedure with the same surgeon same hospital and we were covered 100%. Same medical aid plan. Coastal core. What has changed???? Discovery give me some usual nonsense on the reasons why they won’t pay. They only pay medical aid rates. Ok so why did you pay the full account two years ago? Also can we have some transparency in this world of medical aid. When people go In for operations can we be told up front what will and will not be paid so we can at least decide if we are in a financial position to pay for the procedure amd not be sent a rude letter from medical service providers demanding payment. Just be transparent. Too many South Africans are being finanacially ruined by medical hills they had no idea were on the way. Let’s respect the right to choose. Give us the information up front. Not after the fact. I would love a person with some authority in discovery to call me amd explain to me why I am writing this email.
