Worst Service and Refund Issues

I have rented many cars with them for over 3 years, i had to return vehicles on 31st Dec 2016 due to my unavailability i couldn't when I came back in JAN 2017 they have shown up at my place for the vehicle refunds, i was asked to come to office for Settlement and they made me pay till 31st Jan 2017 and advised that the based pro-Rata they will refund the amount to my Account, I paid around 18K ( Not sure of exact Figure but i had 3 Vehicles rented) but till date 5th Sep 2018 No one has ever contacted me regarding the refund, I tried Emailing them Couple of times but there was no Proper response. Hope Someone will assist.
