Refusal to pay deposit after 3month-contract ends
Hired a car from Dynamic Car Rental aka DSCMC in midrand,the lease clearly states its 3moths and even states return date(4th August),upon return(30th September) which is the end 3rd month end,they refuse to pay back my deposit as agreed their reason being I needed to give a full month notice????HOW cause the lease has lapsed and I don't want to renue it as advised that I should let them know only if I wish to continue.... I took care of the car they where even shocked of the low millage as I never traveled with it as I needed it only for emergencies, I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK!!! I HAVE THE INTIALLY SIGNED CONTRACT WITH ME.IN HARD COPY

AVOID!!! DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE!
Do NOT rent from them! I rented a vehicle for 4 months. My last month was just 18 days and I needed to pay for the whole month even though I did not drive the car the rest of the month. It has been 7 weeks now and I have not received my deposit back, even after a ton of emails and WhatsApp messages they just move the date further on. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Worst Service and Refund Issues
I have rented many cars with them for over 3 years, i had to return vehicles on 31st Dec 2016 due to my unavailability i couldn't when I came back in JAN 2017 they have shown up at my place for the vehicle refunds, i was asked to come to office for Settlement and they made me pay till 31st Jan 2017 and advised that the based pro-Rata they will refund the amount to my Account, I paid around 18K ( Not sure of exact Figure but i had 3 Vehicles rented) but till date 5th Sep 2018 No one has ever contacted me regarding the refund, I tried Emailing them Couple of times but there was no Proper response. Hope Someone will assist.

Awful service, Rude and inefficient staff- DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!
<p>My friends and I had rented a car from this place and we've had a series of unpleasant incidents. </p> <p> </p> <p>We had to return the car for a while since we going on a holiday and didn't need it for a month. They asked us to pay for the car wash which was 250 rands! They claimed it's their "standard charge" whereas we got it cleaned for 55 rands from a car wash center.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had two incidents with their car and the third was caused by no fault of ours(another car bumped us). They decided that they need to terminate our contract since it is the third incident. It is nowhere mentioned in the contract. They again claimed that it is their "company policy". </p> <p> </p> <p>Even before quoting that they are terminating their contract, they said that we have to pay for the damages and refused to claim it from insurance, saying that they will deal with third party insurance once we've paid them, get the money from them and refund the money to us (LIKE REALLY!). They said that these insurance claims take about 3 years(COME ON!). Even though the person who bumped our car was ready to pay for the damages. </p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortuantely for us, we had to pay for the expenses and terminate the contract. We went to them because they were the cheapest car rental company that we could find but they just find ways to rip you off. We had already paid the month's rent and while returning the car, they said that once the car is out of repair, they will return the rent for the rest of the days back to us( which they said will definitely not take more than a week). It's been 3 weeks now and haven't got the rent back yet. To claim our insurance, we need a letter from them stating that we have paid entirely for the damages which they haven't given either (it's been 3 weeks of incessant mails and calls)</p> <p> </p> <p>Connclusion: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM DSCMC EVER!!!!</p>

Pathetic service, Rude staff - Terrible experience
<p>These guys will rip you off if you rented a car from this place. Had a terrible exeperince with them recently. </p> <p> </p> <p>First of all the staff is so rude and would talk to you with so much attitude, you would feel as if they are renting you a car for FREE. </p> <p>If you ever happen to have an incident with the car, they would refuse to give you insurance and make you 100% liable for the damages. They will charge you 3-4 times the amount others would charge (they have their own panel beaters inside the compound and would not accept quotes from other car repairs).</p> <p> </p> <p>We have lost a LOT of money because of these people in the name of their car damage repairs even with NO fault of our own. An insider even told us that this is their strategy, they charge low mothly rent from people so that they would come to them and then if even a single scratch/chip happens to the car, they would charge them with some ridiculously overpriced quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my advise - DONT GO TO THEM EVER!!</p> <p>Choose to pay a little extra in some other car rental and be stressfree. Because if you rent a car from them rememeber you are renting a Nightmare!</p>
