My power has just been cut again! I look at my readings in the morning and at night since you guys have slapped me with a R8000 bill for January. No response to my emails. what has happened to the R200 I have recharged with as per my previous email. Furthermore ai would like some clarification why my account is suddenly -R129 and it was +R120. I do not use that much water/electricity in one day. It is impossible!
I recently experienced an incredibly frustrating and unjust encounter with NetVendor, and I feel compelled to warn others about their shady practices and poor customer service. Firstly, let's talk about the exorbitant bill I received from them – a whopping R8005, compared to my usual monthly usage of around R2500. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, it took an excruciating three weeks to receive any sort of response, and when I finally did, it was nothing short of disappointing. The statement provided offered little clarity or explanation, leaving me in the dark about why my bill had skyrocketed to such an absurd amount. The most egregious aspect of this ordeal was the unjustified charge of R1500 for a period when I was away on holiday in January. During that time, my residence was totally vacant, with the exception of keeping the fridge running. Yet, somehow, NetVendor saw fit to slap me with an exorbitant fee for power consumption when I wasn't even present to utilize it. It's beyond comprehension. Adding insult to injury, upon returning from my vacation, I found that my power had already been cut off for several days due to their outrageous billing. It's utterly unacceptable to be penalized and inconvenienced in such a manner, especially when I've been wrongly charged in the first place. To make matters worse, attempting to seek clarification from NetVendor has been an to. There's no avenue to confirm the accuracy of their readings, and when I voiced my grievances to the Estate manager, it fell on deaf ears. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction and rectifying genuine concerns are low priorities for them. In light of this nightmarish experience, I strongly advise anyone considering moving to a Baldwin property to think twice. NetVendor operates unfairly, preying on unsuspecting customers and providing poor service. Once my contract expires, I'll be moving, and I urge others to stay away. Save yourself the headache and massive unfair bills at all costs.
Do NOT rent from them! I rented a vehicle for 4 months. My last month was just 18 days and I needed to pay for the whole month even though I did not drive the car the rest of the month. It has been 7 weeks now and I have not received my deposit back, even after a ton of emails and WhatsApp messages they just move the date further on. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

I have called afrihost daily, sent emails, requested support and no one will assist! My company uses mobile data. Unable to pay for the products. After multiple attempts contacting them, just to take my money for a service. No one wants to assist! Must be the worst company ever! They don't even want to have a new client to purchase there service!
I went to my local telkom store to get 2x wifi routers that are on promotion (R99 for 5gb with router) but it is always out of stock. According to the lady that helped me the deal has been discontinued. I phoned the customer care services to order but they only take my number and never comes back to me! This is the worst service ever! I'm struggling to buy a new product. Due to this I'm considering to cancel all 3 contracts i already have with telkom! I never get good service or someone who really wants to assist me... Telkom needs to work on the customer service and relationships they provide... call me 0794119939...
Ocean basket told us that their kitchen closes at 21:30 and we can only order take aways. While we were deciding what to order they told us the kitchen is closed because they started cleaning and we can't order anything now because of the chemicals. It was only 21:15 by then. We felt chased away and they don't adhere to their own closing times.
When I call the call centre they say I need to go into store and and when I'm in store they say I need to call the call centre. My air time and my data is used up quickly so I want a detailed accounts summary to see whats the rates that has been charged and whare all the money has gone... Im very disappointed, on the specific number I have a smart 100 contract but I dont even call 100 minutes and the air time is depleted... I would like proof of the charges in a detailed form.
Telkom over billed me R1200.00 after 3 reports on hello peter, opening a case (case number 17064781).<br> They did not phone me back or made arrangements for the amount they did not bill for 3 months!<br> I feel this is a error made by Telkom, why should I pay!? This is the worst service ever! Who has an extra R1200.00 to knock of thier budget??? This is unacceptable!
It has been 3 weeks now and nobody as contacted me to correct my account... An extra R1200 was billed due to Telkoms negligence, I phoned then, opened a case, reported them on hallo peter but still no response from them, nobody is assisting me. This is the worst service evet! I am going to cancel all 3 my contracts because if they have the right to bill me like they want, i could have baught the devices cash. This is unacceptable! I am very disappointed with Telkom.
