Hired a car from Dynamic Car Rental aka DSCMC in midrand,the lease clearly states its 3moths and even states return date(4th August),upon return(30th September) which is the end 3rd month end,they refuse to pay back my deposit as agreed their reason being I needed to give a full month notice????HOW cause the lease has lapsed and I don't want to renue it as advised that I should let them know only if I wish to continue.... I took care of the car they where even shocked of the low millage as I never traveled with it as I needed it only for emergencies, I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK!!! I HAVE THE INTIALLY SIGNED CONTRACT WITH ME.IN HARD COPY

NOT TO BE TRUSTED STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER,THE SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND NOW BEEN ATTITUDE BY THE FINANCE LADY CALLED CANDICE. ordered the home sim & router which was delivered yesterday morning and was requested for id & proof of residence for rica and was advised will be connected in 2 hours, up to now still "connected without internet".....I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE 3X TODAY STILL WAITING MEANING I CANT WORK...

We did the price lock contract last week and last week Saturday on the 29th only 1 decoder the extra view one got delivered, the ultra was never delivered, received an sms that installation was scheduled for the 4th of June at 3 no one showed up no one called still with one defender no installer, call center keeps telling us they escalating,
WHAT A DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!! Above mentioned order made was made and I specifically requested for it to be delivered at the woolworths store at Blu Valley mall as I couldn't update my details on the website at that time. I phoned the store daily to check if order has arrived so I can get it, the next thing the order never even arrived at store instead was turned back in transit due to "can't get hold of client"...... Why didn't it go to store as selected then after a few grace period day if not picked up then can be returned to warehouse, that would have made more sense????? The very same day order returned to warehouse I called and requested for it to be sent out back to store and updated my cell number(0660992240)...... Then apperently was out of stock ON THE SAME DAY IN RETURNED TO WAREHOUSE?????WOW..... Then I kept checking online, the size it's still available and even others of the 2 packs in size 46/48 cup E/F still available.... Now I'm offered a voucher, went to more than 6 big stores and those sizes are not available in any of those stores, what the must I do now. So on the dot warehouse was just lazy to courier to shop. Or what happened here???? And also still couldn't re-courier it so opted to say it's out of stock because someone somewhere just can't get their job done. Just called in ticket has still not been allocated to a technician which should have been done within 72hrs meaning it's still just open and unattended,yet we've been billed for and I have to a follow up daily as we still have no wifi which we being billed for..... what an after service
