What is being advertised is misleading. A lot of content, but not close to the feel that is being advertised. I'm very disappointed. Also they advertise money back if not 100% satisfied. Currently their response is no refund will be paid. I will not recommend any of these linked partners IPTV Smart / IPTV SA / IPTV Sport.
Since 21 March 2023 I'm struggling to get an upgrade processed. I did write a review about a month ago when this pathetic service started to irritate me, and guess what, still not resolved. My order was now confirmed multiple times, but haven't received anything. In fact, the courier company was once instructed to collect a parcel from me. Vodacom seems not to care if they loose 1 unhappy customer... totally unacceptable poor service delivery!
Vodacom online upgrade website has a poor design. It takes an hour plus to filter to the extend that you can pick the correct device and package. I've spend lots of time with this online upgrade, only to get a call the next working day where the consultant need to confirm my upgrade. They had the wrong number to upgrade, thus I needed to start the process from scratch. Now they cannot help me, I need to restart the frustration.
