Cant get settlements because you wait on the line forever just for calls to be dropped. Emails go unanswered. There is literally no way to communicate with Sanlam.
I hate that I even have to give one star!!!!!!! I wrote on Hello Peter on the 15th with a review. I was asusred to have it resolved. Needless to say nothing has been resolved. Cell C did not even attempt to call me. I have again this morning spent 21 minutes on the line with Cell C. They can not tell you how they formulate settlement amounts. Over and above that dare you ask to speak to Supervisor Ngebekazi will put the phone down in your ear and you will then be gifted the opportunity to call cell c back. I have called back and spoken to Jabuleli, the supervisor, and she can not provide me with the answer either besides saying it a monthly commitment amount along with an early cancellation fee, I then asked what this early cancellation fee is, she does not know so now Jabuleli has put me through to the billing department to find out, but in reality she put me back through to customer care who does not know where my call should be directed to as she is not aware of a billing department so 41 minutes later and in listening to this beautiful tune once more.
After being a long time customer of cell c I decided to apply for an additional line, what a nightmare this has been. I applied for the line on the 30th of June 2021, this was then followed by a call on Sunday the 4th of June at 18:15 for Verification, since it was not the usual 084 135 number I was not comfortable sharing my personal details with the person and said I would call back on the 084 135 number which I did and they said the verification/new business department was not even operational at that time so I should not share the information. They called of the odd number again the Monday I again called the 084 135 number as I was now concerned how my information had been gained, cell c advised to block the number, I did but then spoke to a team leader to query how these people gained my information only to be advised that it was indeed cell c and I was asked to unblock the number. I then asked if I could do their verification whilst on the line but I was told that they will advise them to call me. I received the call, went through the "verification" and then told they will let me know if its been approved. I asked how can this be as I was told it was approved cell c just needed to do the verification. Spoke to a team leader again and then told it was actually not verifications it was new line applications the agent misunderstood. Later verification was done with the correct department and I was advised the device would be delivered by that Friday. Delivery Never happened. I called cell c "follow up on an application" this morning to find out what is happening . I was shocked to hear there was no application on my name. I was then transferred to "new line applications" Donald checked and said that there was an approved application however it may not have been delivered due to stock, I was upset as on the day the application was verified there was stock. He then checked and advised that in fact there was just of 90 of the devices in stock but he needed to transfer me to to "follow up department". Back to the follow up department and they advised the application was reflecting however they have no stock of the device. I have had it with cell c and the constant back and forth and being fed lies or cell c actually does not know what they are doing. I spoke to someone to cancel my approved new line, it was done no questions asked. I them called to cancel my existing line that to was done no questions asked. I don't know how ****y one must be to not even question if they are able to improve or do something to retain their clients, they are not even concerned why people are canceling and therefore they wont be able to improve anything. I am disgusted by the service of cell c and the way their staff speak to people. In such uncertain times customer service should be top priority. GOOD BYE CELL C
I bought A car in 2013 from EJX Auto the service was bad from the start and when the did deliver the car the registration documents was not with. I was told it would be delivered to me in the following week. every time I called I was told someone would call me back. In 2014 when the licence disc expired I went to licence department to try and renew the licence disc but they informed me that the car was still registered to EJX Auto. I phoned and was again told someone would contact me. I then went in and said someone best help me now or I will open a case against them as I have proof of payment it was a cash deal. I then got told to speak to meshay(not sure of spelling) I spoke to her she claimed they needed to request duplicates in order to process the change of ownership. I was phoning weekly when all of the sudden no answer only to find out the have closed down. I have tried to resolve the situation in the most peaceful manner however I have no had enough. I am stuck with a car I can not sell as technically it is not mine, and I can not drive it as I get a fine each time I am pulled over I get a fine for the expired licence disc. Now its attorneys and police station
