Be warned about this online store based in Johannesburg and advertising online - Dishonest and unethical advertising - I ordered 2 branded t-shirts at a price of R317. Subsequently, I was advised that branded is extra at a cost of R338,74 (more than the cost of the t-shirts I ordered). No-where, during the online transaction, was it stated that branding would be an additional cost. Moreover, they advertise on social media that they have "Free delivery" - however the consultant explained that delivery is only free when the item is Barron stock - if it not Barron stock, then there is a shipping charge - not mentioned anywhere on website. I asked to cancel the order, but today I got home to find a delivery of 2 unbranded t-shirts - which I could have gone to Pick n Pay to purchase for much less than R317 - had I wanted unbranded t-shirts then that is exactly what I would have done. Dishonest and unethical brand - do not purchase from them!
<p>I purchased a MacPro on 2 Sept for R13,999. Little did I know that I would not only not receive a product (the order indicated immediately cancelled on the system) but also the money was immediately taken from my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I subsequently purchased the laptop for R15,999 on the Monday because the special had ended. (So ended up losing R2,000 here).</p> <p> </p> <p>But also the R13,999 has still not been refunded. I had contacted the call centre on 2 Sept and sent them proof that the money had come off my bank account. Someone called me and said someone else would be in touch. By 16 Sept I grew impatient and contacted the call centre again. A woman indicated that she could see what was wrong on the system and no-one had worked on my request. She found the initial email sent and said she'd be in touch in 45 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 20 Sept, and I am still waiting.....</p>
